"First two nights on a one week tour of Cornwall. Conveniently positioned if you've come off the M5. Plenty of places to go only a few minutes drive from Coombe Farm including Looe and Polperro. Very quiet location and you're pretty much left to your own devices. Plenty of parking too. Expect visits from the very friendly Peacocks and the cat! If you want a cooked breakfast there's a no frills farm shop two minutes away which we tried. All in all would definitely recommend."

"The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email before climbing all 62 steps again. Also parking isnt free, you have to park in the main car park as permit only parking closer to the property. Al this aside we had a great stay, the beach bar is excellent and the whoule area quiet and pleasant. If you dont mind the steps its well worth the visit."
