Very clean and quiet, good breakfast

The hotel is very clean, rarely found so also in higher level ones, our room was a little tiny but it was ok just for an overnight stay. People very kind, too

Poor customer service

I paid for my dinner with a credit at the bar and they could not give me a receipt, told me I had to go to reception for one. Next morning the receptionist asked me to pay again. When I said I had already paid I had to show her the credit card payment slip.

Tranquilo, cómodo y bien ubicado para explorar Pau

Buena opción cerca de Pau, ideal para estancias cortas Hotel bien ubicado, a pocos minutos en coche de Pau, junto a la carretera y cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes. A pesar de la cercanía con la carretera, la habitación era muy tranquila, sin ruidos del exterior. La habitación, aunque no muy grande, es cómoda y está bien distribuida, con el espacio justo para moverse sin sensación de agobio. El baño estaba limpio y la ducha tenía buena presión de agua. En general, muy buena relación calidad-precio (62€/noche). Es una opción estupenda si no te importa moverte en coche, aunque el aparcamiento es gratuito y está justo en la puerta, lo cual es muy cómodo. Algunos detalles a tener en cuenta: No tiene aire acondicionado. La calefacción es eléctrica (no llegamos a usarla, ya que el clima fue templado durante nuestra estancia). No dispone de ascensor, por lo que hay que subir las maletas a mano si te toca en el primer o segundo piso.

L’hôtel est plutôt représentatif d’un 2 étoiles que d’un 3 étoiles. L’accueil nous a vendu des dosettes de café solubles à 2€ chacune … si nous avions su, nous les aurions pris au super marché d’à côté. Les chambres sont petites, le « très grand lit » est un 160.
