The Hotel is as comfortable as the name says, in a good central location with helpful staff. The photo makes it look a bit larger than it is but it’s still really nice inside.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Pau. Sorin, who checked us in, was fabulous! He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and we were only there for one night! His recommendation for dinner at The Garage was spot on. Great food in a lively atmosphere. Very pleased with our stay.

Pau is a great place to visit

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful. The car park is in the hotel grounds which was very convenient and the hotel provided free electricity for my electrc car.

Good location

Clean and convenient, with a good location. We showed up a bit early, and they kindly made our room available. The biggest bonus was the gated parking, which was provided for free. Very nice! Easy walk to the chateau (our reason for visiting Pau, and it did not disappoint). A good stay.

Dignitoso ma non 4 stelle!!!

Hotel in buona posizione rispetto le zone centrali della citta raggiungili a piedi in pochi minuti. Camera pulita e silenziosa, affacciata su un cortile interno che funge da parcheggio di cui abbiamo usufruito senza sovrapprezzo. La camera avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione: soprattutto gli armadi con le ante con vernice scrostata. La colazione nella norma, si paga a parte. Personale gentile.

L'hôtel est convenable, le parking gratuit et le petit déjeuner plutôt bien, néanmoins les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiées. Il est vraiment vieillissant et vétuste.

Hôtel proche du centre, mais alentours avec beaucoup de sdf et autres. Personnel accueillant, chambres bien agencées et propres. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une bouteille d'eau offerte.

A Day in Pau

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception was welcoming, offered tourist information and recommended restaurants which we went to and enjoyed. The free secure parking was appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we required. We did not hear any street noise. The location was very accessible to walk to the tourist sights that we visited. We would stay there again.

The room decor was a little dated by today's standards, but all worked well and the eats and drinks were much appreciated. Staff of various cultures were most helpful and obliging. Great breakfast sections served from 6 am most convenient. For those travelling by public transport, the station is a 15/20 walk away, but on the flat, once on Bd des Pyrenees via funicular. There is a bus to Bosquet or of course taxis.

Gute Lage, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Hotel an guter Lage mit diversen Lokalitäten zum Essen und Trinken in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Pluspunkt: Parkplätze sind im Innenhof verfügbar. Insgesamt hat sich das Hotel aber gar nicht nach 4*-Qualität angefühlt, die Einrichtung wirkt nicht mehr zeitgemäss und der Komfort im Zimmer war weniger gut als erwartet. Im Zimmer war es unangenehm warm, direkt vor dem Fenster liegt die Strasse. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in Pau und würden trotz günstigem Preis beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.

A well-managed property, centrally located, with excellent staff. The ease of parking was especially appreciated. The room was well-designed and maintained. The attractions of central Pau are within easy walking distance. The only downside was the fitness room only opened at noon.
