Lady in the front is very rude, seems like she have a problem with people of color. Covers are old may need to bring your own blankets and sheets. They have roaches, and there’s loud yelling and fighting all night. I’ll never go back

They charge me for a hand towel that was missing when am a 100 percent sure they forgot to put it there i been a loyal customer with motel six in texas and Louisiana but am not staying at this particular one again is not the money is the false accusation.

Room with a view
The staff at this Motel 6 is way more friendly than most of the hotels around here. They actually treat you like a human being. They are accommodating and will assist you if needed.They dont act all judgemental like some of the other hotels. And last but not least....wait for it...they have a swimming pool and its actually open!

I made a reservation early on a Friday morning for a week's stay, then had to cancel this. I canceled the reservation before noon on that same day, but I was charged ONE NIGHT'S STAY because I didn't cancel before THURSDAY at 6 PM. I hadn't even made the reservation yet! I feel cheated and dishonored. I will not be staying at Motel 6 again.

I didn’t even bring my suitcase in. I did not stay. The room was filthy. There was still feces in the toilet. There was a roach on the tv when I walked in. Of course the lady said no refund but I left anyway. I’d rather sleep in my truck. Disgusting.

We got there and the gave us a room that was in Construction so I went backup to the front desk and told them and then that gave me a room upstairs and my mom almost slipped and fell. Because she had a bad back and we were here in longview for surgery and I explained that to them and they didn't care and when we got to second room it wasn't clean and I had to go back to the office to get someone to come and clean it and the only person who was nice to us was the lady who came to our room to clean it and I was upset that instead of the owner let her off work do to a death in the family they made her work that is why they not get a good review from me i will never stay there again

The first room we were given was dirty. Stains on the sheets, cheetos on the floor, burn holes in the blankets. The nice lady at the front desk on Night Shift was understanding and gave us a new room. For the price they charge, they need better amenities and updated rooms, especially the bathrooms.
