"The place was clean and felt very cosy. It was clearly newly refurbished and was clean. The beds were not too great though. In one of the bedrooms the wooden boards under the mattress were loose and had to put back in place. That is when it became clear they had better all be replaced. I particularly loved the beautiful décor with cotton flowers, a lovely touch reflecting Troyes and the region’s textile heritage. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for just one night, so unfortunately didn’t have time to explore all the facilities. Definitely a place we would love to return to."
