3 Bedroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6) Located on quiet canal that overlooks a beautiful seven acre nature preserve with a short stroll to the beach. Private pool with heated spa. Children over 12 welcome. Please note this is a non-smoking property.

Our home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, granite counters and stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you need to cook a fabulous meal! The kitchen, family room and master bedroom open up the large lanai and pool area that overlook the waterway. Our home is ideal for entertaining or relaxing in the Florida breeze! Home comes equipped with a large outdoor Weber grill with covered seating for the whole group. The family room has a leather sleeper sectional that will sleep 2. New flat screen 48' TV with cable TV and wireless FIOS Bring your laptop, IPAD...and relax where ever you want. Recently added an 55 inch flat screen TV outside and a lovely hammock.
The master bedroom has a King, Serta Firm Mattress and a Flat Screen TV with Tommy Bahama furnishings. The master sliding glass doors open up to a lovely furnished veranda that overlooks the magnificent pebble tech pool and spa with a lovely water view. The master bath is outfitted with a walk in shower and separate changing area.
The second bedroom is located upstairs and is outfitted with a new Queen size bed, flat screen TV and all new bedroom furniture. It has a large picture window that has a lovely view of the waterway, mangroves and pool.

The third bedroom, which we have named the pineapple studio, has recently been updated with a new double bed. There is an updated bathroom right next to the two bedrooms upstairs.

The downstairs floors are terrazzo and the upstairs have hard wood floors.

Recently added a new top of the line central A/C unit and metal roof.

Perfect family beach getaway
We have stayed in this house previously and hope to return! The house and location allows you to spend every day at the beach, by the pool, outside eating, listening and watching for birds and fish jumping, all while relaxing and enjoying time with family. We love the location and feel of house, outdoor space, and neighborhood. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed, easy access to bike rentals and beach, and very quiet. Fantastic vacation
We absolutely loved our stay. Location was perfect beach was super close and very private. House was stocked with everything we could possibly need from beach chairs, umbrellas, ice machine and anything needed to cook at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor living space. Claire was super responsive. Such a great trip.

Property was lovely and thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen was well appointed, leisure spaces were amazing! Located between St Armand’s and Anna Maria, and walking distance to the beach, allowed for many options if you can drag yourself away from the pool and patio areas. Don’t miss renting jet skis for an additional adventure!

AMAZING!!!
We had the most fabulous time in LBK and were lucky to spend a month in this special home - we didn't want to leave! Claire and Eric were the perfect hosts: quick to respond to questions, left us as well a stocked kitchen as we have at home, tasteful and comfortable furnishings, a book filled with information including their favorite restaurants and things to do. This home did not feel like a rental. It's filled with art and special touches everywhere. The outside space, where we spent most of our time, is PERFECTION. It's very private and comfortably furnished. All the different lighting really adds to the ambiance. We loved every minute! Thank you Claire and Eric - we hope to come back ;-)

Best. Vacation. Ever.
In short, the house and location were amazing! The pool and outside covered area were our favorite spots to hang out. Although the house sits just off the main road, it felt as though we were in our own private resort. The beach access was an easy 10 minute walk from the house. This was our children's first visit to the Gulf of Mexico and it was awesome to see how they reacted to the white sand and clear ocean water. During our stay, the waves were very calm and allowed for great exploring oppurtunities for shells and sand dollars. Overall, this was one of our best vacations and we would love the opportunity to return (hopefully very soon!)

We absolutely loved staying in this house. This home has everything a family needs to enjoy the ocean and activities in Longboat Key. The owners were so nice and helpful! Pool was a great place to enjoy after a long day on the beach. The special hit was a professional ice maker that kept up with the hot weather and 5 adults. Great house and location!

Wonderful outdoor space!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and would love to stay again. Owner Claire was very helpful in answering all of our questions. She put together a wonderful book with all of their favorite restaurants and activities in the area. This house was a short 2 block stroll to the beach. If you don’t like walking there is a church parking lot used right across the street from the beach path. . We loaded up beach chairs, and umbrellas in the wagon provided and it was easy. We needed a couple more chairs for our group of 6 and umbrellas so rented them from a local person who dropped them off which was super easy! The beach is never crowded here and feels so private. Lots of beautiful shells and the sunsets are spectacular - we never missed one! After sunset, we came back to the house and enjoyed more time in the outdoor space and the hot tub. We ate several meals on the outdoor covered patio and utilized the grill. Everything was such great quality. We also tried fishing in the canal behind the house with the poles provided and bait from the local convenience store. Saw lots of fish jumping and swimming around and I actually caught one before I left. We’ve been back to Longboat Key four times now and love the area so much! The people seem so friendly and it’s not a crowded beach experience. This visit we found a new local coffee shop about five blocks away called Sip which is definitely worth checking out. Our favorite restaurant for lunch was the Lazy Lobster in the outdoor seating area, the food and atmosphere were amazing - and of course we made a few stops at Tyler‘s ice cream shop next-door. Fabulous vacation!

Beautiful home with a quiet backyard oasis. Nothing missing except maybe a couple of beach chairs for the short walk to an amazing gulf shore beach.
