"If you love old houses, this property is the place for you! The house is wonderful! The upgraded bathrooms and kitchen are well done and fit perfectly with the original charm of the home. The outside space is a treasure. We didn’t get to enjoy the deck and fire pit as much as we would have liked due to weather, which was disappointing. But, a few hearty souls did venture to the beautiful river in the rain. The property sits right on Route 4. The location was perfect for us, as we attended a wedding two miles down the road, but still had easy access to great restaurants nearby and adventures in and around Woodstock. The people sleeping in the front bedrooms never heard the road noise. Highly recommend this amazing property! "
