Charming 1-bedroom condo in marvelous North Topsail Beach

"There was a small hiccup with the air conditioning not working but Teresa worked with the property manager to create a solution while getting the air up and running. Other than this, the room and the unit were quaint and had everything we needed. The beach access was perfect."

"Very good experience. Very clean. Host was very responsive with our last minute booking date changes. Perfect location in between the beach and LeJeune. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. If I had to say anything it would be the master bed and living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable but we weren’t in the house much anyway so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. Overall, great considering the price and no pet fee. Highly recommend."

"Everything about the stay was really good! Luke was very communicative and helped to ensure ease of check in and check out process. All basic amenities provided, in addition, plenty of kennels/crates for my dog, nice outdoor shower to wash off sand, tv, internet, W&D, even used a provided beach bag to collect sea glass and shells. Small cottage perfect for 2 adults (plus our dog). We would have used the underside of the cottage to hang out, but it was just too humid. Enjoyed the beach though! Would stay again!"

"Major issue was lockbox on door. Would not open. After texting host someone was sent right away but we kept the key on us the whole time because that box needs to be changed. Place was clean & comfy. celing fan over bed was very dusty. Also bring a roll of paper towels they dont provide. Being on the ocean is worth the stay."
