Tranquil 3-bedroom 2 bathroom house bay and ocean access with dock and boat lift
Escape to this cozy home in picturesque Layton. This property features a large master and large kitchen and living area. Lovely screened in outdoor patio. Community tennis and pickle ball court. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding right in your backyard at the lovely Longkey state park. Close to Annie's beach and a short drive to Marathon and Islamorada which features some of the best dinning spots in the Florida Keys. Have a boat? Bring it down. Lift availble and the location has access to the bay side and ocean side. Convenience market and boat rental available within walking distance. Friday night entertainement with live music at our local Florida Boy bar and grill.
