"Great staff. Delicious reasonably priced dinner for 5 in Safire. Very clean and LARGE room and bath. The negative is typical tobacco stink as you have to cross casino to get to elevators. Also very surprising and unpleasant was the very strong pesticide odor in the room and bath that did not dissipate at all during our stay. "

"The rooms are newly remodeled and mostly clean. The room we got had smudges on the light switch in the bathroom and dirt on the floor. This is the second time we stayed there. The first time was last year. The staff are pretty friendly and accommodating. The area around it does have some homeless people but they don't seem to bug anybody. "

I then unplugged it, of course, and called the front desk about it. Other than that, I always have a decent stay with Motel 6. I stay with you a lot. "

"We booked our stay and paid in full March 19 to check in May 16th at 5 o’clock. Was told by the property owner at 4 o’clock that they never got the reservation and that the property was under Repair. We were there for Chico State graduation, so every hotel was booked and the prices were through the roof. We also rented a facility a block away from the VRBO for the graduation party Saturday. What a complete disaster. Customer service was ridiculous. Still have not heard back or gotten a phone...

"This place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and comfortable on every level and anything we could possibly need was already provided! The view was great, we loved to drink our coffee and watch the sun rise and moon set on the back porch. Charlie, the dog, was so sweet, we loved his visits, my kids wished they could keep him!
