"Filters in air conditioning units need to be cleaned out. Very clogged up. Some confusion about how often they clean the room. The sign said they clean every three days, but they never did. When I notified the front desk, they said I still had to request a cleaning. That was not clear on the notice."

"Disappointed in this Hilton. Staff was not very friendly on several occasions. Only 1-2 elevators were working... a 10 min wait every-time we wanted to use them. And false fire alarm went off TWICE in one night at 2am and 2:30am. Location was excellent though."

"Magnificent staff make this wonderful property better. Room was spacious and well decorated. Loved the little ledge in the shower to put soaps and my foot while shaving. It felt like a female designed it! Breakfast options are limited on property but great choices for an appetizer and drink. Only bad part was there was a conference of folks in finance. Vibe was intense while they were there (they were everywhere all over the property!) but subsided into calm once they left. Pool was beautiful but service at the bar was slow. Book a reservation in advance to sit at “the Edge.” Spa was amazing! Special shout out to Kashayla and Ileanna for making my time in the spa extra special. Would definitely stay here again."
