This 2 story 3bedroom 2bth 3rdbedroom loft with futon is at an elevation of 5600ft. Full kitchen,dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer, fireplace/woodstove and wood provided, cable tv/dvd, bbq (gas), deck. Sleeps 10. beautiful rock fireplace, high ceiling.
Close to dodge ridge, pinecrest lake, snow play, ice rink, Columbia state park, railtown state park, Yosemite, black oak casino.

CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, disinfectant sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. Our crews wear protective masks and. We have always taken great care to protect our guests! You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher so there's no ants etc. Cabins blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Departyre day, Collect the used towels into the tub. Rinse dishes and load, contractor will run dushwasher.
Leave the cabin tidy inside and out. Clean up any food messes to prevent pests or wildlife incidents. Follow trash instructions provided in arrival and departure instructions prior to arrival.
Leave beds and bedding for the contractor, please no bedding on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please bring your trash bags, for kitchen and baths to collect and put in outside cans. No flushing feminine products, wipes, diapers.
