"Booked 4 rooms through expedia. But, the person at the desk had no idea how to see or check our reservation. Got the rooms. Two rooms had new sheets. One room had sheets so filthy and stained. All rooms very old and dirty. Drive 30 miles in any direction to get a room. "

Unfortunately we had something unexpected come up, and Nikki was very kind and generous and refunded her charges to us!
