The hotel just opened up again so they need time to become the best. But its affordable and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is great too.
Manager tried to force himself into my room well my girlfriend was in the room when she told him she was good on anything. Well I was @ work had to leave premises cause of the odd behavior of the management.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel! I'd made my reservation weeks in advance and when I checked in, they had double booked numerous rooms and didn't have one available for me. It was late and I was tired after traveling all day, so this was not a welcome event. Apparently, the employee who worked the previous evening made quite a few mistakes. They finally said they had a room for me but when I found it, it was dilapidated and down a very dark outside hallway with nobody around. I went back down and requested another room and when she handed me that key, there was already a man in that bed! After about 1 1/2 hours of dealing with walking all around the property with very little lighting and men loitering all around; I told the Manager I needed to find an alternative for the night. By this time it was close to 10:00pm and everything was already booked in town. I finally drove out to the Holiday Inn Express and asked around for anyone that I knew attending my same training. Someone took pity on me and allowed me to crash in their room on the pullout couch. I also asked for a receipt showing that I had been credited for the room I never received but the Manager couldn't get the printer to work. Sigh...
