"At first i got charge twice. The room is like an apartment. The room only have air conditioned in one room after close the door the rest of the place was hot as hell. couldn't sleep at all was to hot. At the chk out i found out i was charge twice. i have to wait more them 1/2 hours to be fixed the problem. they didn't even offer a glass of water. i ask for water the lady told me to get the vend machine. frustating."

"It was hot and didn't have air conditioning in the room. They also appeared to not have knowledge of my reservation. The breakfast was minimal. And they didn't have a double bed as we had reserved so me and my fiancee had to push two of the single beds together to try and sleep together"
