Ibis Londrina is a great business hotel. Great location, clean rooms, efficient staff and a great breakfast buffet. Regarding my stay, the airconditioning was not working properly, unfortunately.

Average Stay; been here 2 yrs ago and it was much better. The property need maintenance Urgently. Mattresses are terrible as well as pillows, almost impossible to sleep. I stayed 3 nights and I barely slept due to the mattress and pillows. Breakfast was ok, average Brazilian breakfast with decent options to select. The best part of staying at this hotel is that if you are on Business and don't want to move a lot at night to have dinner you have the Boulevard Shopping next to the hotel were you can find everything you could need to have lunch, dinner or coffee. Also there's a supermarket at the shopping mall to have anything you might need during your stay.

O alarme de incêndio disparou às 2:00 da manhã e foi desligado depois de uns 2 minutos. Não foi informado nada para os hóspedes. Só na manhã seguinte, porque perguntei, foi informado que houve um problema na bomba de incêndio que disparou o alarme.

Estadia Ibis Londrina

O atendimento inicial estava nuito sobrecarregado para as recepcionistas, por isso compreendo a demora no atendimento. No cafe da manhã estava completamente lotado por volta das 9h30, nao tinha local para sentar, faltaram utensílios para se alimentar, alimentos levavam tempo maior que o normal.para serem repostos. Positivo, quarto limpo e tudo funcionando muito bem, anexo ao shopping, dá pra ir a pé ao shopping. Localizacao privilegiada.
