We don`t have keys. You use a pin code to check in any time after 4pm on the check in date. Please don`t disturb the neighbours when you check in / out, specially after 11 pm. Also we have a no noise policy between 11 pm and 8 am. No parties or events are allowed

Host interaction is minimal as this is a private, self-contained studio. However, support is always available via phone or What`s app if you need any assistance during your stay.

Located in the charming Brackenbury Village near Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush, this apartment offers a safe and quiet residential setting with excellent transport links. Just minutes from Westfield, with a wide choice of cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Enjoy scenic walks along the River Thames and reach Central London in 20 minutes by tube. A short walk to Apollo, Lyric Theatre Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush Empire, and Olympia London. All major tourist attractions are within around 20 minutes.

Pay and park Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

-Shepherdsbush underground (metro), overground and bus station 15 min

Heathrow airport only 45 min tube ride

You can use the patio in front of the house for smoking
- Please do not use balcony and/or back garden / patio after 10pm as it may disturb the neighbours.

- Please no excessive noise or loud music after 10 pm and before 8 am.

- Please try not to disturb others when you self check-in and check out.

- Visitors not allowed.

- Events, parties and gatherings cannot be held in the apartment.

- Smoking not allowed in the flat, you can only smoke in designated areas

- Sorry pets not allowed
