Online Check-in

Before arrival, all guests must complete our online check-in process by:

Providing valid government-issued photo identification (passport or driving licence).
Signing our rental agreement.

As part of the check-in process, guests will be required to choose one of the following damage protection options:

A pre-authorised security hold of £1, which may be used to authorise charges of up to £350 in the event of damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or breaches of the rental agreement. The £1 pre-authorisation will be automatically released following a successful checkout, provided no issues are identified.

OR

A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of £40, which covers accidental damage in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment, along with complimentary use of the onsite gym, co-working space, and cinema room.

Keys are collected via a secure lockbox, with full access instructions sent prior to arrival.
