Located on the lower ground floor, this home is laid out across a single level. It includes:

• Reception Room: Bright and inviting, with multiple windows and access to the private patio. Includes seating, dining area and TV.
• Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washer/dryer.
• Bedroom 1: Furnished with a king bed and built-in storage. Positioned quietly at the rear of the property.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed and full-width built-in wardrobe.
• Bathroom: Main bathroom with a bathtub and shower overhead, plus basin and toilet.
