North Greenwich is one of London’s most exciting riverside neighbourhoods, combining contemporary architecture, cultural attractions and entertainment with easy access to central London. The O₂ is nearby, offering major concerts, live entertainment, restaurants, bars, outlet shopping, a cinema and the memorable Up at The O₂ rooftop climbing experience. Guests can also ride the IFS Cloud Cable Car across the Thames, explore the creative Design District, visit NOW Gallery or follow The Tide, an elevated riverside walkway featuring public art and landscaped spaces.

The Greenwich Peninsula offers an excellent selection of places to eat and drink. Enjoy global street food and cocktails at Canteen Food Hall, modern pub dining and freshly brewed beer at The Dial, or seasonal dishes and traditional pub character at The Pilot. The O₂ also offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars, including Busaba, ASK Italian and All Bar One. Historic Greenwich is also within easy reach, where guests can explore Greenwich Market, the Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum, the Old Royal Naval College and Greenwich Park before visiting popular pubs such as The Old Brewery or the Admiral Hardy.

Westcombe Park Station is approximately an eleven-minute walk away, offering National Rail connections towards London Bridge, Cannon Street and other central London destinations. Charlton Station is around a fifteen-minute walk away and also provides National Rail services into the city. North Greenwich Underground Station is approximately sixteen to twenty minutes away on foot and is served by the Jubilee line, providing direct connections to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Waterloo, Westminster and the West End. The nearby IFS Cloud Cable Car also travels across the Thames to the Royal Docks, offering a scenic route over the river.

*Guests must respect the neighbours at all times. Excessive noise, particularly during evening and night hours, will not be tolerated.
*No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at the property.
*The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography.
*Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
*Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.

Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
