"I found the rooms not overly inviting. The bed was comfortable with food quality sheets. The pillow were not comfortable. The shower head was pulled out of the wall and it took forever for the water to heat up. I didn't realize my room was going to be close to the train which was annoying when trying to sleep. I love the recycling box under the sink. I would stay again. One minor thing. Breakfast being served at 7 is late when you have to be somewhere for work by 730. 630 would be better. Great customer service, great area for convenience. I was a bit shocked to see I was charged a third party booking fee. Seems like when you are trying to save money and get the best rate, you end up paying for it in the end. It's a bit misleading when booking online through a third party, but i did call the hotel, and had that been mentioned on the phone I would have just booked it then through the front desk clerk."
