As you enter the apartment you will find the kitchen on your left, a reasonable size with all the necessary modern amenities. The large lounge and dining areas straight ahead containing a 40 inch TV, sofa bed, dining table and chairs. To the right of the entrance is a stairway that leads up to the bathroom on the left, followed by a double bedroom and the master bedroom on the right. Both rooms and the lounge are fully equipped with mood lighting by Phillips hue. The master bedroom has a 50 inch smart Tv on the wall. The bathroom contains a large bath and shower, a toilet and hand basin.

The apartment is surrounded by other flats up and down so please be considerate when staying. Please try to keep the noise down after 8/9pm to avoid noise complaints form the neighbours. Park for free inside the building car park.
For check out please strip the bed and leave dirty sheets and towels on the floor.
Leave keys in the lock box.
