We completely understand that small accidents happen! Please inform us immediately if anything breaks. Minor damages usually won’t be charged, but larger issues may result in partial or full deductions from the deposit.

Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit and additional cleaning fees.
