Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Last minute cancellation due to a water pipe issue. We wish we could have been notified sooner. Instead we had to contact the host. Cancelled the reservation 1 hour before our arrival time. Which was very frustrating considering we had no where to stay and we lost an entire day of our trip. Checking in and out of a hotel in less than 13 hours. The replacement VRBO was good but couldn’t get into it until 3 pm which left us once again with 5 bags of luggage missing an entire day. Very frustrating and disappointing considering this was our first trip to London. Entire itinerary was ruined and we were not able to see everything we had planned.
