About this property

Quiet Cozy Luxury on the Thames

  • Stunning view overlooking the Thames River on paved nature trail. Quiet, very clean. safety devices are installed, inspected and maintained. Casual-Contemporary. 1600 sqft private guest space PLUS 700 sqft of deck and patio (seasonal access). Large bedroom with streaming TV, double sided fireplace and ensuite. Licenced. City of London requires hosts to live onsite (I'm in basement suite). Safety devices are installed, inspected and maintained. There are no shared spaces. I will greet upon arrival, provide orientation, then leave you to enjoy! My cat (Annabelle) is very quiet and gentle and will be with me 90% of the time. NOTE: Special Events such as group dinners, professional photos or filming should be announced at time of booking as special daily rates may apply. If not approved prior, additional fees will be charged and/or your reservation declined without refund.
