Nice location close to White Oaks mall and restaurants. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. HVAC was noisy, room furnishings were not what you’d expect in a modern hotel. It was okay-just.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
I liked the restaurant on site. I stayed 2 nights and I will never stay there again. We were on the 2nd floor and every night there was children yelling and screaming until 12 am. The second night I called the front desk to complain and it did quiet down for about 10 minutes but started again. The kids were running the halls nocking on doors. I really do not know what the parents were doing but controlling their children wasn’t happening. There must of been at least 50 kids all on my floor. I was so tired I didn’t enjoy my time and left early for home.
