Our beautiful annex has just been completed to a very standard with all modern facilities. We are an 8 mins walk from the Bridge Road Hampton Court Village with all its pretty shops and eateries, 10 mins walk from the Hampton Court Palace and Station with quick London connections. 30 mins from Heathrow, 40 mins from Gatwick. Sleeps 4.
Featuring new wooden floors with underfloor heating, plantation shutters, a gabled 2 storey ceiling in the living area reflective of the 100 year old property and beautiful original features. A brand new kitchen and bathroom with corian worktops as well as dining and living area for 4. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and original artwork. The upstairs living and dining area has a new double sofa bed too with views of the treetops and local meadow. We are a 2 mins walk to the river and its path to the palace and eateries. Facilities include : king bed, sofa bed ( sleeps 2), bath, rainfall shower, basin, loo, dining table for 4, sofabed with chaise for 4, hob, microwave, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, toaster, coffee machine, Wifi, smart Tv, Radio, wardrobe, soft seating, original artwork, crockery, pans, herbs and spices, linen, towels, toiletries.

It was the perfect balance to a busy tour of London that we were hoping for. The train ride was easy to heart of London, and the apartment was beautiful and spacious. The small town community was a big plus, too!
Great communication, easy check in. Flat was clean and bright and has everything you need. Best part is the location. Easy walk to the station for trains to London. Loads of dining options within walking distance. Especially lovely spots on the river. Bus into Kingston for John Lewis etc. Highly recommend!
Not previously knowing the area we were thrilled with our stay in this lovely village. Wonderful shops on the high street, a plethora of restaurants and train station within walking distance. Our host Vanda was lovely and apartment, although small, was perfectly formed!!!
We had been in Scotland and I was so very cold and all I wanted was warmth, milk for my coffee and a hairdryer. Vanda made sure the accommodations were warm, confirmed there was a hairdryer and even left milk for us!
Our stay in Molesey exceeded our expectations. The property is just as it appears in the listing, and was more than comfortable for our family of 3.
We arrived in Lindell early in the morning, and traveling overnight from the US we were familiar with the dreaded jet lag. We reached out to Vanda for check in instructions, not expecting any special accommodation for our early arrival. Nevertheless, she offered to get the place cleaned up from the previous guests as quickly as possible, and gave use many options for nice places nearby to grab a bite or explore.
We were able to get in a little early and catch up from the long trip. We awoke later with a nice note of welcome about the palace and hunting grounds of King Henry VIII.
The apartment was comfortable and well located close to the train station to get into the heart. Of London, or take nice day trips throughout southern UK.

Our two week stay in greater London involved meeting up with lots of friends located in central London and in Surrey. This lovely, two story accommodation turned out to be the perfect location for us with an off-street parking spot for our rental car and a 10 minute walk to the Hampton Court train station and its regular trains into London Waterloo. After long days out, it was great to come back to this very comfortable "home away from home". We often prepared simple meals in the evening using the well equipped kitchen and very convenient grocery stores...and there were plenty of restaurant options within an easy walk when we chose not to self cater. When we were not catching up with friends, we absolutely loved exploring the neighborhood, the Thames walks including cafes at the local cricket club and rowing club open to the public, Historic Hampton Court and beautiful Bushy Park...all so easily accessible from this accommodation. Vanda, the host, was absolutely delightful and very responsive. Our stay really could not have been nicer. If our future travels bring us back to greater London, we would not hesitate to book this accommodation again. This property does require climbing a stair case to reach the living/lounge room and kitchen and also requires stepping into the tub to use the shower. We mention this in case you are a traveler with mobility challenges.
Very nice place to stay to explore Hampton Court and the surrounding area. Easy train service to London.The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you have a car there is ample parking space in the drive. If you don’t have a car it is a lovely ten to fifteen minute walk by the river into Hampton Court to the train or bus station.We had a great 4 nights, would stay there again.
Vanda, the host, is very kind and accomodating; the property is situated in a great neighbourhood. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.
With the exception of unusually intense heat, we very much enjoyed our stay at Hampton Court Lodge. Nicely furnished apartment on two levels for a couple. It was a delight to walk along the Thames Path to reach Hampton Court Palace and all the eateries and rail station, etc.which were just a few hundred meters away. Vanda and her family were lovely hosts. Thank you for making this apartment available.
We had a lovely stay in Vanda's apartment which is bright, clean and spacious.
It is very conveniently located as it is only a short walk to local eateries, is close to the train station with trains directly to Waterloo, and has the bonus of a car parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay here, close enough to walk to several restaurants and stores and had a parking space, so we were able to rent a car and explore on our own. Public transportation close by to take into downtown London. The second bed in the living room was very comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent!
An attractive apartment with a private entrance and parking for a small- medium car. For a large car I think the street parking opposite was free anyway. The weather was extremely hot during our stay but, thankfully, the apartment remained comfortably cool (a relief as there was no air conditioning, probably because it wasn't necessary). The apartment is on a bus route which we found very useful and the rail station was around fifteen minutes walk. The host contacted us during our stay to make sure all was well and had we needed help or advice I'm sure it would have been forthcoming. It was a lovely place to stay and the only negatives were the door to the freezer compartment in the refrigerator was broken and the freezer compartment was iced up and almost unusable and, as a result, the rest of the fridge wasn't keeping cold enough. Some of the kitchen equipment, such as the frying pans and utensils needed replacing and it would have been useful if there had been a rail for hanging tea towels to dry under the kitchen shelf or some hooks on the wall. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again and one of the things we really appreciated was that the eco cleaning products used throughout were not perfumed. So full marks for that.

Mrs Vanda ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr zuvorkommend.Die beiden Stockwerke im Haus sind für vier Personen groß genug und hat alles was man braucht, ein idealer Ort um London zu erkunden, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber würden bei der nächsten Reise wieder herkommen, und ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Mrs Vanda
The apartment is ideally located for a stay in the area, with easy links into London. It is clean and tastefully decorated with everything you would need for a short break. Vanda is a perfect host and she makes you feel very welcome in her beautiful home. Would definitely use again.
