"The property is in a great location for the show we were seeing at the Location music hall. The only downfall with the area around the hotel is the homeless people and their drug use right on the streets of London. It's like this everywhere downtown London. The Hotel itself is very secure and the farmers market and parking is right across the street."

"The hotel, room, food etc. was all good. There's an oddly aggressive big sign when you check in demanding kindness towards staff and "if you think you can do better, fill out an application as we're always hiring." That was kind of passive aggressive, immature, and off putting. No reflection on the staff, but seriously makes me wonder about management. Also of the three EV charges, two are Tesla... the non-Tesla charger was broken/not working. Staff didn't know anything about how any of it...
