Welcome to this bright 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, ideally located in the heart of Fitzrovia. Professionally cleaned before every stay so you can settle in and relax straight away.

The living area features a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. Step outside to your private patio — smoking is not permitted outside. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available, and electric heating keeps things cosy during the cooler months. The apartment has a full bathroom.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — keys collected at a nearby location. If arriving after 7:00 PM and you need someone to meet you, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late arrival fees apply: 7:00–9:59 PM £50 | 10:00 PM–12:59 AM £90 | after 1:00 AM £120.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Damage deposit: A refundable deposit of £800 is required before arrival, processed via a third-party provider (Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire) and returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.

Max guests: 4 (including children and infants).

Smoking: Non-smoking throughout, including the patio.

Events: Not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzrovia and neighbouring Soho form one of central London's most vibrant creative hubs. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and the lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, just to the south, is London's entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street stations are all within walking distance, offering superb connections across the city.
