Short stroll away from Borough Market, The Shard, Tate modern to name a few. Lift access available in building.



    The Space:

    Spacious and stunning design throughout. High ceilings and wooden floors flow throughout the property with underfloor heating controlled by wall thermostats.

    The property has an open plan kitchen/dining/ living space with smart TV accessible. Small toilet/vanity unit is located off the kitchen.

    Italian designed kitchens and bathrooms with all mod cons and appliances to make it feel like home from home.

    Washer/dryer is located behind the large sliding door in the hallway entrance with cleaning equipment if you wish to use it during your stay.

    There is a separate dining area with access to a small private balcony.



    The bedroom has a UK King size bed available with hotel quality linens and towels provided.

    The Neighborhood:

    Borough gets its name from a time when it was the only borough outside the City of London. In the 16th and 17th centuries, the area was a playground famed for its inns, theatres and the notorious Southwark Fair which was shut down in 1762 after being deemed too debauched.



    The area is steeped in history and retains much of its enormous character in many of its buildings, cobbled streets and shops..

    There still remains famous theatres, wonderful pubs dating backing to medieval times and home to the famous Borough Market.



    The area has such a diverse population with a large creative community, city workers and local residents all attracted by what the area has to offer. It can certainly lay claim to being one of the city’s most exciting and interesting places to live.
