"View from room was excellent we booked the bridge view. Room clean but a bit dated. Toilet was low. Air con didn't work we were there in the heat, not great. Concierge staff really friendly and helpful. Food in vicinity was very good, but it is London and expect prices."

"Economical place in a great location. Good AC, comfy beds. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Bathroom is the primary drawback. Bathroom is entirely frosted glass, so limited privacy. Doorless shower that gets water everywhere. Had a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids in a Cocoon 4, so not enough room to ..."
