"Our double qn room was clean and very comfortable. The mini fridge was a nice bonus. But the thermal pools were the hit of the stay! Varied in temperature, clean and beautifully situated amongst the garden vegitation with well lit paths (for evening soaks). Staff are helpful and engaging. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to friends and family. An incredible value for the price!"

"The site is spectacular with all the rooms overlooking the volcano and I liked that the hotel is not terribly large. The thermal pools were amazing, with 5 cascading pools, from hot to cooler as they descend. The food was excellent with several options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and featured both local and international fare, and so much fruit! The staff were all so helpful and attentive. "

"Birding is spectacular. The grounds and trails are amazing. So many plants and animals. Beautiful views. Rooms are basic but clean. Food at the restaurant for dinner is average but service was consistently great. Breakfast was better. Overall service was excellent."
