"I think there could be better communication among the staff. At reception, we were told that we could add all the tips for the entire staff at the end of the trip, while in the restaurant, the waiters asked us to add their tip separately when requesting the check. It would be helpful to have a consistent policy communicated to guests. Other than that, everything was great!"

"The bed was comfortable, the location was well within walking distance to downtown plaza, restaurants and market. The downside is that there are several short flights of stairs to the room we stayed in and there is no airconditioning. We were able to do without the air-conditioning when we stayed in June. Additionally, the hot water was not available the first night. This was quickly restored, but we did have to take cold shower as their office hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is nobody in the facility itself to check you in or to address issues. However during operating hours they are within 5 minutes away. I would still stay again."
