Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at hotel and enjoyed our meal. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice. "While the property is clean and modern, there is no cold water in my apartment. So we can’t flush the toilet and we didn’t have clean cold water to drink. The shower is very hot due to no cold water. There is no shampoo, conditioner or cleaning soap. WiFi password is not provided in the room. We tried to contact the customer service by email but they are so far away and cannot help us. On top of this, finding the room and parking is also not so easy. Overall this made our night very difficult. We were hoping to have a nice shower and a nice rest. This set us back about 2 hours and our shower was very very difficult and unsatisfactory. Toilet is also a huge issue. But there is no one onsite who can help solve the problem."
