"The staff were super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was decent, what you would expect. The hotel is convenient location. It is an older hotel and dated. Was clean room but rug was stained. Floor tiles in the washroom need a deep clean. Beds were comfortable. Definitely needs an update and hopefully remover rugs from rooms. Pool area ceiling and vents need a good scrub and update as well. Not a lot of options in the area for a hotel with a pool, so this had to do. Good enough for a night while traveling through."

"We used this property as a little getaway after our group was done work in Fort Frances every day. Wonderful view of the lake from the back deck, and the cabin was very nice. I will definitely go back in the future."

"This property was lovely - great location - close to the water/dock. Close enough to town when more bait was needed. Far enough out - quiet, relaxing. The owner went above and beyond when an item got left behind to ensure it got shipped back to us.For us, personally - a family of four - one adult child and a teenager, this was a bit small for our situation. We brought food for the week and the fridge was small for what we had.We would consider staying again with modifications to our food planning."
