"Excellent experience during our stay, the room was spacious and big enough for the family not to stumble over each other constantly. The view from the balcony was postcard worthy! The breeze from the ocean felt great at night, the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. You will definitely need to plan your elevator trips because the wait can be long at times (depending on the time of day) The restaurants were all fantastic, the pool on the 9th floor was relaxing. We had no issue with valet coming in or out. Will definitely book for next year, hopefully the same room and view! "

"The room is decent could use a total remodel but at this stage its fine the maid is wonderful the room is decent size the beds a comfortable spaced 11am check out is alright 3 pm checkin is not alright it should be 1 pm lateset beds are comfortable the room is fairly clean but price needs to come down to hostels prices they are charging shared toom prices not hodtel and should not advertize as hostel"

"Balcony views of both the bay AND the ocean from our rooms was fantastic. The service from every department including concierge, parking attendants, front desk, and housekeeping was superb the entire time. Very accommodating from the moment we arrived until our departure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s unfortunate the amount of construction that’s going on nearby. Was hoping that at least on Sunday there wouldn’t be but it was still ongoing. It wasn’t awful. Mostly when sitting out on balcony. And it was perfect early morning and in the evenings. Construction noise is no fault of the hotel though. Absolutely recommend. Beach and pool staff were great as well! "
