"Parking was easy, felt safe, spots were wide. Front desk staff were polite and professional. In-room vinyl plank flooring is good. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that might/likely be due to the water shortage happening around the state of Florida at this time, and not due to any deficiency on the part of the hotel."

"This place was awful. The pictures make it look better than it is. When we arrived, the young woman was so rude to us. I was waiting for her attention, and then stepped to the window when she asked me what I needed. When I told her I had a reservation she responded by saying “so?” We went back-and-forth in conversation for a little while and then she told me to step aside and she helped a person who had apparently been there, but was also struggling to work with her. We eventually got our room and it was disgusting. You wouldn’t want to even put your feet on the floor. When we went to leave our room, we went through a door and then there was another door to the outside. That door was jammed so tight that we could not get out. We pushed and pushed and pushed, and finally I flew through the door and fortunately did not fall on the pavement. Thinking maybe this was just a fluke, the second time I had to go through that door , it was stuck again. They also make you leave a cash deposit for the room. Just be warned, do not stay there! Don’t be fooled by the pictures."

"I prepaid for my room and when I got there they told me they oversold and I didn’t have room. The front desk person Kellychav was absolutely RUDE and not helpful. She told me it was my problem. She would not call another property and told me because I booked with a third party. Luckily Expedia was helpful. "

"We arrived earler. They would not let us store our luggage before check-in. They are extened stay property with kichen, but there is no utensile, or kichen ware. What a jok."

"Front desk staff were rockstars!! The front desk & bellhop were probably the best experience I had at a hotel/resort. I don’t know what was going on at restaurant but we were NEVER greeted or sat for breakfast. Maybe a lack of staff but no one acknowledged me or my family. Very disappointing. Regardless this was a 10 out 10 experience especially after dealing with getting off a cruise ship in Miami that morning. "
