Updated cottage-style home with 3 bedrooms and loft area (sleep 8 people) provides you with a place for family gatherings and space to relax. Minutes to restaurants and shopping. Off-street parking for four vehicles. Great outdoor space for grilling and relaxing. Game room with pool table and air hockey. Easy access to hiking trails, 2 family friendly ski areas (within 35 minutes), boating, fishing, biking and 4x4 trails. Utah State University/USU is about 10 minutes from the home

The space
Main floor has a well-appointed kitchen with an island. Dining room and large family room. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. The main floor also has a laundry room for guest use.
Second floor has a bedroom and another full bath. There is a loft area that is great for kids to play and two single beds.
Covered patio with grill is just a few steps from the back door and next to the game room with pool table and air hockey.
The outdoor space has mature trees, grassy areas and a fire pit.

Great family location

Had an awesome time and perfect location for our family. Kids loved the spiral stairs, loved the space and the fun game room. Had trouble getting into the house when we arrived but the host was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for gathering

We had our Thanksgiving here and the space was great for having over our kids who live in the area. The rec room was a lot of fun and we were able to comfortably get together. The kitchen was awesome for cooking dinner and the location was perfect for neighborhood walks and getting to shopping locations.

Great Little Cottage in Logan

Spent two weeks with Summer Citizen program enjoying the music and plays/opera with this little jewel as home base. Very convenient location; exterior was beautifully landscaped, beds very comfortable and house fairly well equipped. Found 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath were on second floor up a winding 17 step staircase; a little too much for seniors to handle getting suitcases up and down..

Christmas Holiday

We stayed a week and had a couple of families meet for games and food. This was a perfect fit as it accommodated the 6 of us who stayed there and all of us are mostly adult-sized. The kitchen was well stocked and a great size to work in. The living room was nice sized as I feel the photos made it look smaller than it is. The game room was a great bonus for pool and air hockey. The outside grill and griddle were great to have for our big dinners. The host put a tree up and added a few holiday decorations. The rooms upstairs do have a vertical spiral staircase to access and it is a unique feature but it was doable for the older kids. It’s dangerous for the younger kids as they could slip and fall out the sides easily. The hosted responded quickly when I reached out. We would definitely book it again!

The perfect choice for us

We were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect stay for us and great proximity to downtown Logan for the wedding. After a very long drive to get here, is was it was nice walking into such a comfortable home like feel. Lee was great to work with and responded very quickly. We really enjoyed the game room and just sitting on the patio. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in town.

Cute and clean place. The owner had great communication. (There was a power outage and they messaged back very quickly when I reached out.) We were in town for a wedding and not there much. It was a great location in vicinity to the venue… and the beds were super comfortable after such long days!

This is a cute house. The spiral stairs were a cool surprise, and the upstairs was a fun hangout. The rec room was awesome and the arcade game console was probably the kid's favorite. House had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. Host was responsive and helpful.
