It is also close to the Garden City Park which has beach access and is a great place for the teenagers to go hang out when the rest of the family needs a break.

The kids will love the large INDOOR CHILDREN'S PLAYLAND with a rock climbing wall, arcade games for the older kids (or adults who are still kids at heart), custom indoor treehouse with slides, and plenty of toys for the little ones.

Another feature of this home is the huge theater room which is the perfect place to enjoy a movie night or watch the big game! It can also double as a large gathering area or meeting area for your large group.
