Nice property, service not so good
No sound on Direct TV. Had multiple people there to eventually replace the receiver box. When you contact the front desk and ask for a maintenance person don’t hold your breath. They don’t show up. If you need surface, snag one if the guys in the area. They are all very nice and helpful- if you can get one. Don’t bother with ordering firewood. It doesn’t burn. Too damp. You’ll need starter fluid which they don’t supply. Wasted $75 in wood and they didn’t reimburse me after I requested it. Couldn’t use it. Left it behind when we left- all 8 bundles of it.

Loved it but
Had a nice relaxing time. The only thing negative was we needed more daylight— more windows or just maybe bigger and lower windows in the doors. But otherwise it was a fun place to stay. Felt a little claustrophobic—- but that could just be me.

Great Stay, paperwork intensive...
The chalet's are a wonderful location with somewhat secluded accommodations and great access to Hocking Hills many hiking and outdoor activities. My previous stays with VRBO locations Have not required additional paperwork or identification prior to reaching my stay. The challenge are a business and require additional agreements they do not accept "dangerous breeds of dogs" and recently required a copy of your driver's license for the stay.

Everything They Promised
I was impressed with the cleanliness of The Chalets. Both the grounds and the chalets themselves were spic and span. Everything I needed to bring was clearly laid out as well as all information about our stay. I got this ahead of time and could plan accordingly. I was thrilled with how close The Chalets were to everything the Hocking Hills had to offer. We checked in around 4pm and still had time to visit Ash Cave and Cedar Falls before dark. The next day, we saw both Conkles Hollow and Old Man's cave (which is only about 2 1/2 easy miles from Chalet). The Chalet was close enough that we could go rest between both of those hikes. I loved having the private hot tub each evening after long days of hiking. I would definitely stay here agin.

Spent Our Anniversary Weekend
We spent our anniversary weekend here and couldn't have picked a better place to go! It is in a great location, right in the middle of everything. Property was clean and in fantastic conditions. We loved every moment of our stay!

Great location and easy check in, check out. Everything was as described. Cozy chalet. Loved the hot tub and fire place. Perfect for a short trip because of mini fridge.

Adorable A frame Chalet
We were just in town for one night for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The chalet was beautiful and the atmosphere made it feel like you were in the smoky mountains yet not far from the restaurants, shops, and hiking. Would definitely stay again!!

Last minute get away.
A few days ago we decided to take a get away for a long weekend. Came across the sites of Hocking Hills. We were so lucky to find a spot that was available at the Chalets. It was cozy, clean and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the sites. We plan on coming back for a longer stay and Bruno more family to enjoy. Thank you so much.

Everything was booked and online check in was a breeze. Hot tub was private and nice, service was great! Only downside was air conditioning was limited to 72 Degrees.

It is a perfect spot for a get away in the woods with comfort and relaxation! Great experience!
This is our favorite place to go so far! Very enjoyable! Service was great and very helpful to make our stay better with rising the hot tub quickly. I one have one complaint. Would benefit more with the downstairs bed mattress being update. Felt pretty worn out which made it hard to sleep. Overall, we love it and will come back again!

Perfect and quaint
Great little cabin, nice community. Perfect couples get away for a few nights. Smaller appliances, but good for just a few nights. Great views, we were in unit 9, and although we had neighboring units, it still felt private (or we just had good neighbors during our stay). I could see that of you had parties gathering on a deck, it would not be as quite. Will come back!! Great rental company, helpful and responsive.

Fun, socially distanced trip!
Very close to Old Man's Cave which was nice after a long day of hiking. With the limited cell service I did not receive the email with the check in code & Wi-Fi password but I called when we arrived and my call was answered quickly so we were able to settle in and make dinner. We enjoyed our stay & will come back!

Our stay was good but we felt deceived by the advertisement, we were close to the neighbors.. The pictures online ad makes it look like your away from neighbor. Aframes are clean and is quiet there.

Wonderful getaway
Booked this for an anniversary getaway: stay exceeded all expectations! Check in/out was super easy, cabin was clean, kitchen was well equipped, and the overall atmosphere was great. Private hot tub, fabulous hiking. The kitchen was small, and there was only a dorm size fridge and no oven, but we were able to cook our meals using modified methods. Definitely will come again.

Family get away
This was the perfect size A frame cabin for are family of three plus our dog to use. Very clean and cozy plus it is close enough to get to all of the hiking trails. After a long day of hiking it was real nice getting into the hot tub. Very clean and maintained hot tub. Our daughter really loved having a loft bedroom. We will definitely be going back again.

The property is lovely. The chalet was great!! So nice, clean and beautiful setting. The hot tub was awesome. Deck was private with a gorgeous view. Super cute set up!! The mattresses need updated, springy and hurt our bodies. Great shower, spacious bathroom. We loved the ambiance. Romantic and quaint.

We killed about 50 flys. Was told to be quiet by front desk at 5pm. It smelled like moth balls.
The actual process of renting wasn’t bad. But because of the bugs and being told we had to be quiet before 10pm we will probably not go back.

Best cabins in hocking hills
The location of the cabins were so great, unfortunately the parks were all closed do to the covid 19 but will be open soon. I'd recommend it to anyone to visit ,you won't want to leave is the only thing I believe! Great time and beautiful place to stay,also anyone who goes should stop by the R adventure park they are amazing people and have tons of amazing activities to try out,we did the side by side tours and was so fun especially with the little rain that happened!

It was very nice, secluded, and quiet. I liked there was internet connection and tv when I wanted to watch. It’s a great place to relax if you just want to get a away for awhile.

Sisters weekend away!
Very nice property, the gentlemen at the office were extremely nice and made us feel welcome, the place was clean and beds were comfortable. Couple of things that would make it a little better (but not a deal breaker) ~ could use a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, shelf above the sink (for the dishes instead of in lower cabinets), hooks and/or shelves in the loft for clothing, a little bigger refrigerator so you don’t have to bring a cooler and a little bigger hot tub (not very comfortable for 4.).

The cabin was very cozy and the view was amazing from the back porch. The hot tub was very clean and helped my boyfriend and I relax after an 8 mile hike at the State Park. We will definitely be coming back!
