The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and truly designed to help you switch off. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and it really felt like they catered to our every need throughout our stay. A special shout out to the bar team — Andrei Jr, Andrei (Bar Manager), Robin and Jack — who made every evening so enjoyable. Their service, attention to detail, and warm energy didn’t go unnoticed and honestly elevated the whole experience. Also a big thank you to all the spa staff, who were always so kind, welcoming and genuinely pleasant to us. You can really feel the level of care and professionalism in everything they do. "Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent! Large selection of savory and sweet with an abundance of food for every appetite and dietary restriction. Only lament (and this is on me for not reading amenities clearly) was the lack of access to an iron onsite. Otherwise excellent! Rooms are clean, minimal but comfortable. Perfect for my needs. "

"The photo advertising Hotel Ulivi could have been taken from our room. We had a lovely view across the grounds, pool, and on to the lake and mountains. We liked the hotel’s location. It was easy to walk along the lake, walk to restaurants, and to Sarnico, an adjacent town, as well as access the road networks to travel around the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had pleasant interactions with hotel staff. There is underground parking if traveling by car, with direct access to the hotel. It was still too chilly to access the pool, but it looked inviting."

"A really beautiful hotel just off Lake Iseo. Rooms were lovely and bathrooms were clean with a really powerful shower and great cosmetics. The only negative about our room was that it smelled a bit musty, it could have done with being aired out before out stay"
