"The place was magical, it was so relaxing and complete with everything we needed."

"This cozy little house on the water was perfect for me and my son, his wife and baby for a long weekend while visiting family in the area. Our host Angie was very accommodating as we had to change our reservation twice due to weather. The house itself is super cute - a creative makeover from what it once was, a seafood business on one of the waterways leading to the ICW. If you love to boat or fish - this place is golden! Even if that’s not your thing, I really enjoyed mornings watching the various species of waterfowl fishing as the tide came in over coffee. The house itself is wonderfully decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped for entertaining. We hosted a dinner for 10 total with family in the area one evening without any issues at all. There is a large charcoal grill/smoker on the deck and plenty of outdoor furniture to sit and eat or just enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable too. Our host included thoughtful touches like toilet paper and paper towels, hand and dish soap and detergents so we did not have to buy those items. I highly recommend and would stay here again. "

"Property was great . really close to the beach and fishing opportunities. Quiet neighborhood for great relaxing vacation. They welcomed pets so it was great for our dogs . We brought our bikes and it was plenty of biking trails. Great plus was golf cart that you can use it for close drive to the beach."

"we selected this home due to the one level and ramp for my handicap mother. the decking is in bad shape, boards lifted and nails sticking out. the mattresses were also the worst thing i’ve ever slept on. we ended up having to buy air mattresses for everyone to sleep on. also even though it is “oceanfront” you have no access to beach from property. you must exit and go to public access which was difficult for my mother. other properties had a path from property to access but this one requires you to walk to road then to access. "
