"Rental is actually through a Rental Management company. When reviewing VRBO listing, nowhere is it stated that you will be paying extra for a third party manager. I felt tricked. I sent questions to the VRBO owner that were never answered. I have rented dozens of VRBO houses and this was a first. House is great and so is location, views, and cleanliness. The kitchen is VERY well equipped for cooking. "

"This is our second time staying at this house. We really enjoy having all the space it provides. The ocean view is wonderful. We saw many dolphins during our stay and also enjoyed seeing turtles hatch just a few yards down the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also liked that we could walk to the restaurant across the street for dinner or a few drinks. We hope to stay here again in the future."

"Great location! Responsive host! Beach club access is great! Super clean! We are repeat guests! Everything you need for the beach is there. Bikes, toys for children and adults are also provided. Plenty of room for everyone! Enjoyed walking/strolling babies to the intercoastal waterway. Safe and quiet! Great trip!"

"Excellent place for our family Labor Day weekend with our children and grandchildren. The walk to the beach was long, but the great ocean view and great pool made up for it. "

"A bit of a rough start...Arrived and the house was very musty. Had to open the windows to let in fresh air along with 95 degree heat. The hot tub was very dirty. Immediately called maintenance, and they did arrive, but it was the next morning. They cleaned the tub and asked us not to use if for another 6 hours...Not a lot of cooking ware available, and what was there, was in sad shape. Short on dish cloths and towels, silverware insuffeicient for 38 visitors.Upstairs outside sink was clogged upon arrival. Most of the bathrooms had no trash cans. The head of the company did call the 2nd or 3rd day and checked on us. All in, we feel that more care should have been taken to ensure that the house was ready upon our arrival. A quick walk-through would have prevented us from having an early bad experience and impression. Overall, the house needs quite a bit of upgrades, or just routine maintenance. Chipped paint, worn out deck boards, Great location."

"Beautiful property and camping site overall. Things to note- if bringing your dog, they are not allowed on the beach between 9-5, cannot go to the pool area and are not allowed to be left alone at the camp site -so it’s difficult to do much during the day unless you’re planning to stay at the campsite only. The generator creates a lot of fumes in the tent if you’re trying to run it for ac. Interior lights don’t work so bring a lantern for after dark. **Sheets are not included for the bed or the cot and we weren’t told ahead of time in the paperwork or check in confirmation email sent prior to arrival and that would have been helpful to know. Bring bedding. Otherwise great location and the porta potty adjacent to the campsite was very clean. "
