"We enjoyed staying at this property during our first trip to Scotland. The location was good - because we had a rental car, we spend one day exploring Edinburgh and the remaining 3 days we focused on more rural/small town/nature exploration. Because of that, the property's location was a good "base" to do our day trips from. We did Queens View, Pitolchry and a few other destinations. The house was clean, comfortable, the location of the property is very quiet, there are no buildings on the 'entrance" side of the property, can just see hills and fields from the window, so we could relax. The house was clean, beds comfortable. Overall we had a great stay. "

"Lovely accommodation, spacious and pleasant. Well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery and handy to have the washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi could be a bit up and down but that’s a small price to pay for the lovely rural setting. Within 30 minutes of Edinburgh airport and east reach of park and ride buses for the city centre."
