Sometimes was too noisy during the day.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Staff was not friendly

Fiesta Americana saved our family vacation!!! We started out at the Oasis Pyramid on night one. It was so bad we decided to forfeit our stay and the money and book from scratch at Fiesta. From the moment we arrived at the property we were so relieved. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was updated and spacious. The food was incredible! Even the buffet food was so good. The seaweed was still bad so we spent most of our days at one of the three pools. The kids pool was a huge hit, and the pool is staff is so fast and attentive. Spa is beautiful and modern, massage with Margarita was heaven! On the last day we had a late flight and they gave us late check out at 2 pm. Really cannot say enough about how great this resort was. Will definitely be back!

Temptation Resort was really fun. The room was clean and spacious. Late night room service was good, didnt have to wait very long for food. Sea Flirt breakfast was our favorite. Cream cheese French toast is a must try! We were part of a group of 12. If we wanted a table together at the restaurants, we had to spend $5,000 pesos (about $294 USD) extra as they could only seat us in the private rooms. With Expedia reservation, we got a private butler. Nacho did a great job letting us know the daily activities and helping us book our dinner reservations. The pool activities were lively. The play makers did a great job hyping up the crowd and involving everyone. Big shout out to Javi!! He was our favorite! He was very attentive and playful with our group. Bash (the nightly parties) were fun and the food was good. Drinks around the resort were good. Bartenders could make anything you wanted. I wish they had specialty drink menus. That helps me get out of my comfort zone and try something new. The only downside was at check out. We were supposed to get a credit of $100 per person with our Expedia reservation. The resort only gave us $100 per room. We showed the front desk staff our Expedia email, clearly stating "$100 per person". He said, "No, $100 per room. If you have a problem with that, you need to take that up with Expedia." Cesar, our bellhop, did a great job with our luggage. Even remembering our room # at checkout. Overall, a good resort if you are looking for a party.
