"The great thing is the location --- so accessible to Healdsburg (and other places we need to go) and easy to access to and from. And if you need to charge an electric car (Tesla connectors) you can do that - very nice But the property is tired to say the least. The rooms are cheaply renovated motel rooms. The reception service is average, and the pool is like something from the 50s. Overall, it's OK but I wouldn't go there again if I had a choice"

"The check in staff member was nice and friendly, but after she left the rest of employees were short and loud due to being disturbed from their computer screen. This was my first time visiting this Best Western in Clear Lake. As a member I've never been denied a continental breakfast. The food was being prepared for a church group only and had a closed sign outside the door. Luckily I found breakfast a cross the street at Grandpa's Cafe. It's a shame to give this Best Western a lacking review because it's beautiful and has great potential."

"The price point doesn’t match the experience. They are located right next to the freeway next to a large retirement community. Most of the rooms look in on each other and feel packed in. There is not elevator and not bell hop. The “serenity pool” is surrounded by the fitness room and the cement block walls with rooms all around. The gathering space in the center is nice and the family pool at least has a hillside with an olive grove as long as you aren’t looking at the side where you see the freeway. The rooms are small but well appointed. Everything is new and the aesthetic is nice."

"We Love the ambiance we stayed lower level with 2 beds overlooking lake view peaceful environment We came after Memorial Day so if you like quietness great place to do it There’s a bbq grill outside our room and nice chairs to relax there’s a door to go to the patio and deck outside so you can walk around the back property just make sure you pay attention where you’re walking coz there’s a lot of bird and duck droppings great place to do bird watch if you like nature We stayed in the room where there’s full kitchen so it made it convenient to cook breakfast and load our groceries on the big fridge Over all we had a nice stay we plan to visit again in the future and maybe we will bring our fishing rods when we have more time to go fishing ."
