Fantastic
Our 3rd stay here and it was as awesome as the past stays, I have absolutely no complaints! Both host are absolutely wonderful! The pizza is amazing! You are really missing out if you have not discovered this place!

This house was very clean. The host was awesome. We felt very safe in this area. If you are looking for a quiet, safe place to enjoy family this is it. Bring groceries as it is a way to a store but the marina does have pizza, snacks and drinks. The house was laid out nice and the porch and screened in porch were nice to sit and watch the boats at the marina.

Fantastic Place
This is the best of the best! Easy to find, check in and check out a breeze! So much room! Screen porch and deck very nice! Owner/host was on site in case you needed anything! The store on site had best pizza ever! Can’t wait to book again!

Wasa great deal for a family. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a queen size bed instead of a double. Really enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. Nice and quiet for sleeping at night. And the best ice cream at the marina!

Nice, quiet location for our stay
This location is clean and well maintained with all needed amenities. It was very quiet and peaceful the weekend we stayed (before Memorial Day). Owner was friendly and very helpful. It is a 20+ minute drive to the nearest grocery store so come prepared.

Amazing cabin on the Tennessee River!
It is the perfect location for a quiet scenic retreat!!! It is a charming house with an amazing host! It has all the comforts of home including great internet and cell service and smart TV while being in scenic nature with the deer, squirrels and ducks. We absolutely loved this place and cannot wait to return!!!!

The Property was extremely clean very roomy and comfortable nice deck to sit out and drink coffee would stay there again any day. Mr Bobby very helpful and friendly. His marina down the hill has ice beverages and great pizza.

Another Amazing stay at this location. We had the best time again ! The owner is super nice and makes sure everything is taken care of! The house was spotless again. Beds are comfy. Absolutely Perfect!
We could have stayed even longer! This cabin was perfect, it was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The owner, Bobby is very friendly, and very accommodating to any questions we have about the property and the marina. At the marina, Amanda was very friendly, helpful and makes an awesome pizza too! Everything was within walking distance of the cabin. We walked straight from the cabin to our boat that was in a covered boat slip. It was so easy! The screened in porch was great in the evening. Also, we like to keep it very cool in the cabin - and the A/C worked great. We will definitely be coming back soon. Bobby does an excellent job of taking care of his guests.

Tennessee River and Loretta’s ranch racing!
This place is a bit off the beaten path but well worth the extra drive! We had a race at Loretta’s ranch and being so close to world class fishing we used this as a home base. Only a half hour ride to the ranch with a boat launch and covered boat slip 100 yards away from the house,Bobby’s place was PERFECT!! Ice cold AC and everything you will need to enjoy the Comfort of home. If I could give it 17 stars I would and the host Bobby was so easy to talk to and quick to respond and a very nice guy!! Thanks again Bobby I hope to see you in the future

Nice house in the woods
We stayed at this house on our way to Northern Kentucky. It is about 15 minutes off the interstate but that didn’t bother us. It was nestled back in the woods and right on a marina. We met the owner at the marina in the morning and Bobby was very nice. He recommended we check out Loretta Lynn’s on our way out and so we did! The house was perfect for our family. Cozy and easy to keep an eye on my little ones. We didn’t stay long but it was a good deal for us for our trip (significantly less pricey compared to staying overnight in Nashville).

Neat and clean rental, with a very nice property manager! Enjoyed our time there. Very peaceful, we even heard juvenile barred owls close by! If possible, will rent again in future!

We enjoyed our stay on the Tennessee River. The host was very friendly and the house was very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting this area. Memorial Day Stay
We have a fantastic time at your place! We found out you may be the owner of crooked creek marina which was exciting because the staff was so nice to us. After chatting a bit we think we found some connection and probably know you. Laci Greer is my best friend, her dad is Ernie Greer. He used to own Masons Boat dock and currently owns Greer’s country Hams out in Leipers Fork. I also run Fox & Locke down in Leipers fork. Come by and say high if your ever around Franklin! We’d love to rent your place again in the near future!

Great comfortable place to stay!
