The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.
The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response.
There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool.

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.

"I would 100% recommend this B&B! My friend and I were originally meant to stay 3 nights and ended up staying for 2 weeks! We stayed in both rooms, both were really nicely kept and clean. The host was so kind and attentive - gave us water and breakfast and everything else we needed, she also recommended places to go and to eat in the area and therefore we found some really beautiful places - such as Scilla which is only a short journey. The area in Reggio is great as there is lots to do and see...

"Das Haus, der Garten, die Lage und die Kommunikation mit Pierluigi waren ausgezeichnet. Einrichtung ist schon älter dafür sehr authentisch süditalienisch. Man kann hier kein Luxus erwarten. Lage ist ruhig und sehr privat. Der Garten war ein Traum. Und die Aussicht ist einmalig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die einzigartige Lage sehr genossen. Und das Meer ist sehr sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft allen die einen authentischen Urlaub im alten Haus suchen. Vielen Dank an Pierluigi und seine Schwester. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. "
