We stayed 5 days pre cruise. The Boulevarde Suites were in a safe and upmarket area, near restaurants shops and easy transport to visit places of interest. The staff were excellent, with a special mention of Ambrosio who impressed us with his thoughtfulness, local knowledge and good nature. He organised our transfer to the port at Valparaiso with Luxy Tours who took us on an excellent tour en route. We would highly recommend them. Don't miss a trip to the Andes.

Stayed 3 nights and we were very happy. Very safe area with security out the front. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and large shopping centre. Elevator to the Rooms which were clean and comfortable with good hot showers, air con and free wifi. Restaurant downstairs provided good meals and service at a reasonable price. The hotel provided a driver from the airport to the hotel for good price. We will be returning to this hotel later in our 3 month trip of South America.

Excellent boutique hotel in a nice and trendy area of Santiago. This hotel is an Expedia VIP hotel. As an Expedia guest, the hotel gave me a room upgrade and a free bottle of champagne. The customer service has been excellent. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very boutiquie in a great area. The rooms are big and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is so good too! It s 5 stars for me!

This is among the best hotels i've stayed at anywhere in the world. We booked the "Fantastic Suite" which was perfect for us as a couple travelling with our 12 YO son as the room divides nicely to give good privacy. The room was large enough to store our luggage including a large bag containing skis, and still feel very comfortable. Bottled water was provided daily. The staff at the hotel were sensational, Tomas and all the concierge staff organised tours and transport as well as restaurant...
