The hotel was not nearly as nice as advertised. The rooms were dirty, the towels smelled bad, there was mold in the bathroom and no towels were provided at the pool. After speaking to the hotel staff about cancelling the second night we were informed it was not possible due to Expedia policy. We were forced to leave without any due course. We ask Gran Garbi Hotel to contact Expedia and rectify the situation.

Accueil un peu froid mais l'ensemble du personnel est poli Des journées entières sans club enfant (3.5 jours sur 7 jours) Mini disco et spectacles du soir sympas Pas d'animations/danses après les spectacles du soir (fin vers 22h30), c'est dommage. Salle de sport à revoir (pas de tapis de course par exemple et salle austère) Buffet très correct, idem pour les boissons en all inclusive + encas (serveurs / serveuses avenant.e.s)

Super séjour , agréablement surpris. Tout était top des chambres au repas aux services proposés. Peut être un petit moins sur les soirées qui ne sont pas exceptionnelles. Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un super séjour.

L'état général de l'hôtel est obsolète. Les chambres sont dans le même style. Le petit déjeuner est immangeable (qualité de la nourriture pitoyable). Bref, j'en garde un horrible souvenir et je n'y retournerai jamais plus. Mon avis sera publié et je ne manquerai pas de communiquer cet hôtel de très bas niveau par rapport aux 4 étoiles annoncés (en France cet hôtel aurait obtenu 1 seule étoile).

Personnelles de l accueil extra, mais chambre trop petite, pour 4 ,nous avions 4 lit en90 aligner, impossible de bouger. Décoration affreuse. Oreillers mou et fin...clim qui gait du bruit et si vous ouvrez la fenêtres, le bruit de dehors vous empêche de dormir...Restauration ...passable. Prix des boissons au bar excessif . Il faut sortir de l hotel pour aller a l aquasplach,pas pratique du tous.

Hôtel agréable, propre, bien géré, chambre simple mais confortable. Plutôt calme en avril. Beaucoup de familles et de retraités. Demi pension simple mais variée et agréable. Bien gérée par les cuisto et le personnel de salle. Bar sympa même si l'animation peut être bonifiée. Spectacle de Flamenco moyen, musique classique moyen aussi. Top en revanche les danses du monde. Situation au top dans Lloret.

Ne mérite pas l’appellation quatre-étoiles. Surtout que le ménage est mal fait, et la nourriture est à peine potable. Mais le personnel reste accueillant. Niveau décoration, ils se sont arrêtés dans les années 90. Et le soir est beaucoup trop bruyant. Arrive à peine à dormir. Porte qui claque, personne qui chante à minuit etc

Man kann zum Gepäck Ausladen nicht einmal vor dem Hotel anhalten da es eine sehr sehr schmale Straße ist, da wäre dann der Verkehr gestoppt. Die Zimmer waren sonderlich sauber. Die Toilette war verwackelt und eine Gefahr für Kinder da meine Tochter kurz vorm kippen war. Das Zimmer wurde als 4 Bett Zimmer angeboten jedoch wurden zwei Feldbetten mit dazu geschoben und meine Kinder hatten es ziemlich unbequem und hatten am nächsten Tag Rückenschmerzen. Die safebenutzung wurde pro Tag mit 5 Euro ausleihgebühr angeboten was total unverschämt ist, ein Safe im Zimmer sollte inbegriffen sein. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr schlecht. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich einladend und die Service Kräfte waren nicht besonders freundlich und hatten auch keine Lust auf ihren Job dies konnte man unschwer erkennen. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, jedoch ziehe ich meinen Fazit das wir diesen Ort nie wieder besuchen werden und ich ihn niemand empfehlen möchte. Wir sind am nächsten Tag wieder abgereist, dies war einfach eine Zumutung.

Im allem waren wir zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war Gut bis Okay die Auswahl war groß. Dass einzige was wir zu bemängeln hätten wären dass die Zimmer renoviert werden müssten da sie schon etwas altmodisch erscheinen und die Pools könnten sauberer sein. Das Abendprogramm war auch sehr unterhaltsam. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Das Meer kann man in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen egal ob Playa Lloret de mar oder Playa Fenals.Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Danke Hotel Gran Garbi für den tollen Urlaub bei euch🌹
